CURREX CUT CORRECTLY
1. remove the insole from the shoe and place it on the CURREX.
To cut your CURREX to size, first remove the standard insole from your shoe. Then place it on top of your CURREX insole so that the heels of the two soles are flush with each other.
Now you can cut along the front of the sole.
Tip: To make it easier, mark the length on the CURREX insole with a pencil. On the back of the insole you will also find guide lines for cutting.
Put the CURREX insole in your shoe.
Now you can put your new CURREX insole directly into the shoe. Make sure that the insole does not wrinkle inside the shoe. Feel inside your shoe with your hand.
If there are unevennesses here, cut the insole a little shorter.
Get into your shoes - ready, go!
Well done! You are ready for your first session with the new insoles. Don't go full throttle right away, but get your feet used to the new load slowly.
