No improvement so far

I have already been able to test both soles for my road cycling shoes and running shoes extensively at training camp and at home. Unfortunately, there has been no noticeable improvement so far. Despite the sole, my toes fall asleep in the road cycling shoe just as they do with the other standard sole. Exactly the same with the running shoe. So far no benefit has been recognized for me. So it's more of a waste of money ...
