Competition conditions
By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation.

Two starting places for the Gravel-Gellersen race with professional timekeeping, which takes place on March 2nd in Kirchgellersen, will be raffled off.

Participation in the competition takes place on our Instagram channel "currex.de". To take part in the competition, the Instagram post on currex.de from 17.02.2025 on the topic: Gravelrennen Gellersen must be liked and another person must be tagged in the comments.
The competition runs from 17.02.2025 up to and including 24.02.2025 23:59 (GMT+1).
3. who can take part?
Participation is free of charge and open to anyone over the age of 18. Participation requires the truthful provision of the data relevant to participation. Sweepstake clubs and automated sweepstake services are not eligible to participate.
4 How are the winners determined?
The two winners will be selected at random from all participants who meet the entry requirements.
5. how do I find out if I have won?
The winner will be notified by sending a private message to the Instagram user informing them of their win.
6. how do I receive my winnings?
With the notification of the prize, the winner is requested to provide CURREX with the contact details specified for sending or handing over the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.
7 What happens if I do not contact you after I have been notified of my winnings?
If a winner does not contact CURREX within 24 hours of being notified of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the group of eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides CURREX with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.
8. reservation clause
CURREX reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, CURREX will only make use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, it is not possible to guarantee that the game will be carried out properly. CURREX shall not be liable for any losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
9. data protection provisions
Your safety and satisfaction are the focus. CURREX stores and uses the data collected exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. After the end of the competition, all data will be deleted.
10. other
Cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They will be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. CURREX reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.

This competition is organized by CURREX GmbH, Große Elbstraße 86, 22767 Hamburg (organizer). It is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. Information will be transmitted to CURREX, not to Instagram.
