Conditions of participation, withdrawal and payment for seminars
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND PAYMENT
- Choose your seminar, click "Book seminar", enter your name and e-mail and click "RSVP".
- After your registration, which we will process within 3 working days, we will send you an e-mail in which you will complete your seminar booking.
- Your place in the seminar is considered to be bindingly assured with the indication of your complete registration.
- After receipt of your complete registration, you will receive your seminar invoice by e-mail after five working days at the latest. The stated invoice amount is to be paid in advance without deduction.
- As a condition of participation in the EXPERT MODULE & EXAMINATION - in addition to participation in Seminar II - three elaborated case studies must be submitted in writing, 14 days before the start of the seminar.
WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION
- The withdrawal from a seminar must be made in writing by e-mail to frauke.pfuetzner@currex.com take place.
- If the cancellation is made up to two weeks before the start of the seminar, we reserve the right to retain 15% as a processing fee.
- In the event of withdrawal within two weeks before the start of the seminar for any reason, the right to reimbursement of the participation fee shall lapse. It is basically possible to name a substitute participant (except for the examination for movement analyst).
- In the event of a hardship case, it may be possible to rebook the seminar as a gesture of goodwill. In such a case, we reserve the right to retain 15% as a processing fee.
- CURREX GmbH reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to an insufficient number of participants and/or illness of one of the lecturers or other reasons for which the organizer is not responsible. In this case, your payment will be refunded. You reserve the right to prove that the damage was lower.
