Conditions for participation
By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and content responsibility.
1. how can you win?
Participation in the competition is via our shop at currex.com. In order to participate in the competition, a purchase must be made using the voucher code BESTZEIT. The purchaser will then be registered for the competition. The competition runs from 07.01.2022 to 30.04.2022.
2. who can participate?
Participation is free of charge and open to anyone over the age of 18. Participation requires the truthful provision of the data relevant to participation. Sweepstake clubs and automated sweepstake services are not eligible to participate.
3. how are the winners determined?
The winner will be selected by lot from all valid participants.
4. how will I know if I have won?
Notification of the prize will be sent directly by e-mail. The email address that was entered when the order was placed will be used for this purpose.
5. how do I receive my winnings?
With the notification of the prize, the winner is requested to provide CURREX with the contact details specified for sending or handing over the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.
What happens if I do not contact you after I have been notified of my win?
If a winner does not contact CURREX within 7 days of being notified of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides CURREX with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.
7. reservation clause
CURREX reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, CURREX will only make use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, it is not possible to guarantee that the game will be carried out properly. CURREX shall not be liable for any losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. data protection provisions
Your safety and satisfaction are the focus. CURREX stores and uses the data collected exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. After the end of the competition, all data will be deleted.
9. miscellaneous
Cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They will be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. CURREX reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
