Delivery

We send our parcels within Germany mainly with the Warenpost (parcels under one kilogram) - otherwise with DHL. International shipments are sent with DPD. 

Delivery takes place within 1-2 working days after receipt of the order.

Shipping costs

Germany and Austria:

Within Germany and Austria we ship free of charge.

Europe - Zone 1*:
We deliver to the following countries with DPD free of shipping costs: 

Zone 1*: Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Spain 

Europe - Zone 2*:

The shipping costs to the following countries amount to 7.50 euros. For an order value of 100 euros or more, we ship free of charge. 

Zone 2*: Hungary, Italy, Schwerden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Portugal

Switzerland:
The shipping costs to Switzerland are 17.00 euros.

 

Return shipping: 

You can buy CURREX Insoles with a really good feeling. After all, thanks to our satisfaction guarantee, you have 30 days after delivery to try them out! If the Insole is not for you, simply return it to us free of charge during this period via our returns portal www.currex.com/retoure.
