At the T100 World Championship Finals 2024 triathlete Frederic Funk has achieved the 10th OVERALL placement!!! We, from CURREX, are proud to accompany him on his incredible journey in 2025!

The elite series of superlatives

The T100 series is not just a competition - it is THE premier class of triathlon! Only 40 hand-picked professional athletes worldwide qualify for this exclusive series. 20 men and 20 women, the crème de la crème of triathlon sport, compete against each other in an epic showdown.

What makes this series so unique? A tough format that pushes even the toughest athletes to their limits. This is how the competitions are put together:

The 100 km T100 triathlon course consists of a 2 km swim in open water, an 80 km bike ride and an 18 km run - a challenging combination of endurance and stamina.

A world tour of extremes

The T100 series is a global triathlon highlight! In 2024 it consisted of seven major cities, seven unique challenges:

• Miami - Battling the humid Florida heat
• Singapore - Triathlon in the tropical urban jungle
• San Francisco - highs and lows on the West Coast
• London - Historic backdrop meets high-performance sport
• Ibiza - Mediterranean Madness under the Spanish sun
• Lake Las Vegas - Desert heat in the entertainment metropolis
• Dubai - The grand finale in the city of superlatives

We asked Frederic about his personal highlight of the T100 Series 2024 -

"My personal highlight was a mix of my performances in London, Ibiza and Dubai. I played a decisive role in shaping the race dynamics in all races and, above all, took control of the race on the bike and sometimes led for a long time. Although I wasn't quite able to maintain this until the finish, it was a decisive step for me on the way there. The experience and the self-confidence that you get from it alone bring me closer to the podium or victory in these really big races."

Frederic Funk: Our champion in Dubai

On November 16, 2024, Frederic Funk will take part in the triathlon highlight of the T100 series, the final in Dubai. With a phenomenal time of 03:12:49, he battled his way through the brutal conditions of the desert metropolis. A 7th place at the World Championships is not just a personal best - it is a statement to the international triathlon elite!

What makes this success so special? The Professional Triathletes Organization (PTO) only gathers the absolute best in the world here. Every race is a nerve-wracking event in breathtaking scenery, every participant is a potential champion, every meter is fiercely contested.

These thoughts were running through Frederic's mind just before the start in Dubai
