Your CURREX Insole is here - now what?
Congratulations - you have chosen a CURREX Insole! You've taken an important step towards more comfort, better support and a more pleasant running experience. But before you get started, there's a very practical question: how does the insole fit perfectly in my shoe? Don't worry - cutting it to size is really easy, takes just a few minutes and ensures that your new insole fits perfectly in your shoe and on your foot.
Step-by-step: How your CURREX insole fits perfectly
Step 1: Remove the old sole
The first step is to remove the original insole from your shoe. This old insole will serve as the perfect template for cutting the new CURREX Insole to size.

Step 2: Put on new insole
Now place the CURREX Insole upside down in your hand or on a firm surface. Then place your old insole - also with the underside facing upwards - precisely heel to heel on top. This allows you to cut exactly along the edge later and adapt the insole perfectly to the shape of your shoe.

Step 3: Transfer and cut the contour
If you like, you can transfer the outline of the old sole onto the CURREX Insole with a pencil. Alternatively, you can also cut directly along the edge. The fine perforation on the front edge of the CURREX insole will help you here - it serves as an additional guide.

Step 4: Insert and ready
Once you have cut the sole to size, you can place it directly into your shoe. Make sure that it lies clean and flat without slipping or curling. Your new CURREX insole should fit snugly without being pressed into the shoe. Under no circumstances should there be any creases or folds. It is better to cut away 1-2 mm more so that your insole fits perfectly. Now nothing stands in the way of your run or workout - you will feel the difference immediately.

When cutting to size, it is better to cut too large than too small. If the insole still protrudes slightly, you can always trim it a little later. Conversely, if the cut is too small, it can no longer be corrected. Sharp scissors are suitable for a clean cut.
Also important: not every shoe is the same. If the customized insole does not fit well in all of your shoes, another pair can help, which you can adjust accordingly. This will also increase the lifespan of the respective insole. Conclusion: A few minutes - a big difference
Cutting your CURREX Insole to size is uncomplicated, quick and a real game changer for your wearing comfort.
In just a few minutes you can optimize the fit of your shoes - and make room for more comfort, better stability and a smooth running experience.
